Apteco's headline feature from this release is the launch of their SMS service

SMS marketing is immediate, personal, and highly engaging, making it a great way to communicate with customers, promote sales, and build loyalty. With its high open rates, strong ROI, and wide reach, it's a smart choice for businesses looking to connect directly with their audience and drive more sales.

Apteco SMS is ideal for time-sensitive multi-channel campaigns, urgent notifications, promotions, and reminders, offering flexible targeting to help users reach the right audience and improve customer experience.

In Apteco Orbit, users can now seamlessly launch a real-time tracker or reporting dashboard from a published campaigns, providing immediate access to key performance indicators - such as communications, recipients, and revenue - without the hassle of manual setup.

The dashboards are generated pre-populated with key metrics – which is a huge time-saver and will pull users' costs, campaign objectives and goals directly from the campaign. Users can then customise and edit dashboards, in exactly the same way they would a standard dashboard – by adding themes, metrics and filters, specific to their needs. Once users have refined their dashboard, they can share it with their team for maximum impact.

Set a clear campaign strategy to achieve goals and deliver measurable resultsAlso in Apteco Orbit, users can now set a clear campaign strategy to achieve goals and deliver measurable results, via campaign goalsmessage objectives and event triggers.

A campaign strategy is a detailed road map that ensures marketing efforts are coherent, focused, and effective. As part of a strategy, it’s important for users to establish clear, measurable goals, define specific objectives, and outline the key actions that recipients should take. Real-time response tracking enables immediate monitoring of message actions, providing instant insights into campaign performance and allowing for swift adjustments to optimise results.Get connected with push notifications in Orbit

Orbit users can now get connected with push notifications, a great tool to keep users informed, engaged, and connected with an app or service. Push notifications are effective for delivering important updates and keeping users active and responsive to content.

This new channel enables real-time communication and can be used to drive sales, complete purchases, promote specific actions and boost conversions. Push notifications also help to increase retention by encouraging users to come back to their app or website.

In FastStats Designer, there's now increased size limit for text fields, giving users even more flexibility when building a system and analysing data. Previously, text fields were limited to 255 characters, but now they can hold up to 32,767 characters! This means users can load much larger amounts of text into the system for analysis, such as customer reviews, social media posts, and more - providing deeper insights and richer data.

12 new multi-dimension charts in audience workbooks

Back in Apteco Orbit, we’re thrilled to introduce multi-dimension charts in audience workbooks, the latest enhancement designed to make users' experience with Orbit even better. Multi-dimension charts are great for uncovering trends, correlations, and patterns that might not be obvious in simpler visualisations. They include a combination of column, bar, line, and area charts, that can be clustered, stacked or stacked 100%.

In this release, Apteco has added 12 multi-dimension chart types to audience workbooks, bringing audiences and dashboards even closer together, making users' analytics experience smoother and more seamless.

Finally, in Apteco FastStats, behavioural modelling now supports “most recent product” and other selector variables to give users a fuller picture of customer behaviour. Users can understand not just the numbers, but the context behind them.

To improve predictive accuracy and create more effective campaigns, users can now use selector variables (such as, the destination of the last booking). This update gives users more flexibility to build powerful models and activate more targeted campaigns, as a person's recent behaviour is often very predictive and can reveal a lot about their future behaviour. Previously, users could only create recency features using numeric data (for example, the cost of a customer's last booking).
